Lots of nearby amenities, about 15 highway miles from downtown, no airplane noise

Just in case you were concerned, we didn't hear a single plane from inside the hotel during the entire weekend. typical 3 star hotel: neat, modern, warm cookies, pool. there are many good and reasonable restaurants within a mile or two, including a great breakfast spot just next door, and delivery options galore. the hotel buffet breakfast was ok/typical, though the atmosphere and service was above typical. room windows don't open, typical scented stale air when they don't. very comfortable premium bed and linens. there is a drive-in movie theater in this town!
