Friendly staff. lovely clean hotel. very busy for the weekend we were there but every hotel seemed to be (we saw check in lines at another hotel snaking out past the front door in to the street). got a good deal on the hotel for the weekend and they even allowed a very late checkout on the sunday for our flight which made all the difference. would recommend the hotel, hotelsclick.com and lisbon - a great place. the bar is a little on the small side but again, the staff were very friendly.
