Disapointment

First of all - the hotel is not 4star level but best option 3star. there was no fan, shampoo in the room, not lcd tv, old furniture, towels and bed linen change once per week. some lamps did not work, sometimes there was no hot water - we needed to ask to turn it on. even wi-fi was not always good. 1 day we noticed garbage laying on the floor in the corridor. rooms are small - 2.5*2.5 meter, but there was balcony. the only good thing - good view on the mountains from that balcony and clean air. location - the hotel is 24 kms from tabarka and the beach to go by not easy mountain road that takes 40 min by car to get. the address given - on site is not correct (zone touristique -tabarka), the correct one is col des ruines, ayn darahim 8130. meals. the breakfast has a limited choice and every day everything is the same. dinner - the choice is surely better, but still usually 4 star hotel offers better. good mutton, but many of other meals not tasty, of cheap ingredients. and the main lack of dinner - only biscuits for the dessert. drinks are for separate cost. last notice - swimming pool - the water was too cold, hammam did not work. final conclusion - first time we met situation that so many aspects are not on the desired level for the 4star hotel we expected to see. 2 points out of 5.
