Excellent service throughout entire stay, staff went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. reception staff were approachable, personable and very helpful. hotel is modern, clean and very funky. rooms are lovely and beds are ridiculously comfortable. free shuttle bus service offered in to verona city centre was useful. breakfast is ok - lots to choose from but heavily 'cake'. hot food is limited and was often colder then what i would like. i would 100% use this hotel again and would highly recommend to others.
