The hotel is perfectly located, just within minutes to the train station and to the central part of the city. the view is amazing, food was very good and rooms are spacious and comfortable. the only bit of a complaint i would have is that, during our night's stay there was an event and music was played until late hours, but i would definitely stay there next time we visit.

My husband and i stopped overnight after dropping our daugther off at friends. we have stayed here 4 times before and it always delivers a quality stay, great surroundings and location, extremely comfy beds and everything you need. we always have a night out in the bars of newcastle which are a short walk away and have never had a bad night out yet.

A very enjoyable stay. we were very pleased that we were given rooms looking out over the river. the hotel is close enough to walk into town.
