L'albergo nell'insieme e' molto buono sia per le camere che sopratutto per l'ubicazione vicino ai musei zona residenziale e tranquilla servita ottimamente dai tram per qualsiasi direzione!! lo consiglio anche se le camere che ti danno sono a livello strada usanza un po negativa.

Just got back from a 4-day trip with my wife to amsterdam. this was our first trip so wanted it to be special. the hotel is ideally located away from the hustle and bustle of the centre, but close enough for an easy journey into town. the hotel is great. the greeting on our arrival was just fantastic, and they even prepared our room early. the receptionist took us through what trams to take into town, the local 'must do's', and what trips were best to go on (they don't take any commission either). the room itself was quite basic, but clean and tidy. the bed is one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on!! but, my only advice is that you should ask for a room at the rear of the hotel, as the road noise is quite intrusive at the front of the hotel. both my wife and i are heavy sleepers, but even we struggled to blot out the noise! overall, if you are after a good quality hotel, that has been recently refurbished, at a decent price - then you cannot get any better than this. we would certainly stay here again....

We didnt know exactly what will be there, never the less, we enjoyed our stay there. the hotel is very close to the museums, to the concertgebow, and the transportation to all the city attractions is nearby. the staff is very friendly. the rooms that turn to the street, are a little noisy, (you should clode always the windows...) in the bathroom - they should put bigger body towels...

A typical dutch medium-priced hotel. nothing was particularly good or bad. my room was on the ground floor with the reception area nearby and was a little noisy occasionally. however, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was useful for my purposes. i would certainly consider staying in this hotel again.
