Had a nice week at the hotel. frendly staff, clean room and a nice breakfast. asked for a new room due to noise from neighbour room. ths was done at once.

This would be my 3rd visit to this hotel and have always enjoyed the ambience of the room. the morning breakfast is more than sufficient and for the price i paid, i would consider this hotel to be beyond expectation. by the way, the breakfast was just fabulous ! will come back again

The room was very clean. the staff is very friendly and helpful. the hotel is in a good location, just a short walk fronm the city center, and near the stop for public transport.

This was my 2nd stay at the mercure and it was up to the previous standard. we needed two single rooms and thought the price was good value.the staff were courteous and polite. the rooms were clean and comfortable. it was quiet through the night and there was a good breakfast. the location is about 15 minutes walk from the old town but is very conveniently placed beside the main railway station and the terminus for the airport bus.

This was a one night stay en route from northern slovakia to bratislava airport. the staff were welcoming and efficient. the room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. we had a very adequate breakfast.

L'hotel ha un design moderno e curato. l'ubicazione, a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale e dal capolinea del bus 61 per l'aeroporto, lo rende adatto soprattutto per chi ha necessità di prendere questi mezzi di trasporto. il centro di bratislava è distante circa 20' a piedi, ma è raggiungibile con il tram 13 (costo di una corsa 0,70 €). si deve tener presente che però la notte, poco dopo le 11, i mezzi pubblici smettono di circolare, per cui, per non rientrare a piedi, è necessario prendere uno dei numerosissimi taxi che passano per la città, al costo di circa 10€. le camere sono confortevoli e spaziose; il bagno, pur ampio e con una grande doccia, ha poco spazio per sistemare i prodotti. lo staff è gentile e attento. nella hall ci sono due computer a disposizione degli ospiti, con collegamento internet gratuito. colazione soddisfacente, ma cara (16 €), se non compresa nel costo del soggiorno.
