Great locatet hotel but terrible mattresses. got changed room after two nights to new room with equally bad mattresses. slight pressure in shower.

The location was great only a few minutes from paddington station. the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.the room was ok, clean but the staff had not idea how to make a bed. the restaurant staff need to learn how to smile, very good at clearing the tables, but very slow on refreshing drinks on serving table. continental breakfast was cereal, toast & spread, couple slices of cheese. (continental i think not).
