I booked on-line for two nights. i was impressed with the reception, which looks 4 star, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff. location is close to the tram system, so links to other parts of geneva were better than i had expected. but the room was small and little more than 2 star quality. later in the week i re-visited the hotel again for a further night, booking directly with the reception, and was given a better room (albeit 3 star quality). i had the impression that the cheaper room was offered because of the cheaper on-line price. breakfast was adequate but not exceptional.
