Unusual, modern hotel in very good location

I was here the 4th time in 2 years. after transforming from a gay resort into a hotel for straight guests, nothing has changed with rooms or facilities. the location is very good if you prefer the hells kitchen area. the hotel and rooms are stylish although a bit fading now.
