Great location - has potential, but falls short

Oh buri beach.. you have the potential to be so great... but fall short on a few areas. the hotel staff tries to be first rate, but its poorly managed. for example, when we arrived there was water on the floor which seemed to drip in from the balcony after the range, and when i called the desk, they said housekeepin is closed so they couldn't send anyone today... so then i just asked for an extra towel so i could clean it myself... and i did. the breakfast was digusting. the eggs and "ham products" were inedible. not work waking up for. the room doesn't have a real shower... just a curtain separating you from the toilet and a hand held shower head.
