A big disappointment
First my hotel was mpm blue pearl hotel. my profession is a tour manager and i visited in many hotels but i never saw a such hotel and behavior of some of its employees. this hotel is listed as 4 star he does not deserve more than 2. the room that i received was under all criticism. the tv screen more small size than my computer screen -19", bathroom which in africa hotels you can't see, the water heater boiler on the wall in the bathrooms, water supply to toilet with plastic pipe from the boiler - images are attached. after 2-3 minutes no more warm water. i told about the problem to the reception and they promised to repair but only promised. on sunday 02.10.2016 my room was arranged but without to exchange the towels. on the second day i threw the towels to the floor and waited in my room to the maid. this time she exchange the towels but not ashamed to request money- baksis. when the shower gel in bathroom was finish they did not bring/exchange newer a new one. sorry but i came this time for a private holiday and pleasure and not for a suffering. i have more what to write about this hotel but i think that this is enough not to recommend it.
