Very nice hotel. elegant design and good location, with central location. the room we stayed in (deluxe) was very spacious and absolutely quiet. spotless and friendly service though i must say that upon our arrival, i requested to change the twin bed room i had mistakenly booked for a double bed room in the same category, which was almost immediately declined by the desk clerk though we later realised the hotel was clearly not full during the length of our stay. did it have to do with the fact i booked through hotelclick.com for a cheaper price (25% cheaper) than through their own heritage hotels website?
