Le Bristol Pool propose un hammam, un sauna, une cabine infrarouge et une petite salle de sport. Le bar de la piscine sert des jus de fruits fraîchement préparés et des boissons de remise en forme. L'hôtel dispose également de salles de réunion et d'événements. Not 5 star service
A nice hotel but it's old. if you care about having a modern and up to date room you should avoid booking the cheapest category. had dinner in the reinhardt restaurant the first night. very nice schnitzel but the service was not very good. i asked for a beer recommendation to well with the schnitzel. agreed on a weissbier. when i got the schnitzel the beer never came. had to ask 3 times for it. when it finally came i had eaten half the schnitzel and the waiter excused himself with "actually having other guests inside". the food was very good. same goes for breakfast. had to ask 3 times for coffey. took 20 minutes. the breakfast itself was however very good. room service was excellent. wifi as many have mentioned before is useless unless you pay 9.95eur/day. i bought a surf package for my phone instead and used roaming. the hotel has a nice location for shopping. if you are going clubbing in east berlin you should get a hotel closer to alexanderplatz. overall it feels a bit as the management has lost control over the hotel. they should talk the staff and try to get the service better. beacuse it is a nice hotel and it's a pity that the service can't be as good.
