Good central hotel

Hotel is clean and has all the basics for a short stay over. the room was slightly cold in the morning as there was no radiator but the hot shower made up for it. check in & out were easy and the staff were all pleasant. breakfast was very basic but included in the price so i can't complain! really central to chester but just away from the noice of the main streets :)
