Good position, very comfortable hotel close to tube stations, st james park. unfortunately we found most of the staff that we dealt with were very unfriendly and not at all welcoming. very disappointing as we stayed at multiple places in england and ireland on this trip and found the staff here were the most unfriendly. we booked a club room which ended being in the lower ground floor with a window looking into a very unattractive " courtyard" breakfast was also served on this floor and was quite cramped and busy. the room itself was very comfortable and bathroom facilities were very modern.
