Beverley city hotel è una piccola struttura, tipicamente inglese. il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, non aspettatevi molto, ma le camere sono pulite, rassettate e pulite quotidianamente e la colazione è semplice ma abbandante. se volete spendere poco, volete i servizi di un albergo e lo volete in una posizione centrale (200mt da paddington station, 300 mt da hyde park), questo è l'albergo che fa per voi!

On arrival i was informed that the hotel was fully booked,even though i had pre-paid you!after some time i was eventually given a quadriple room for the night.the next day i was moved to a room on the top floor that was no bigger than a cupboard.it was cramped and stuffy,if the window was closed one couldn't breath,if opened you would freeze.on my last night they tried to move me to a basement room!i should stress that i was on a business trip and certainly didn't need all this inconvience.the towels were absolutley disgusting,completeley threadbare.the receptionist was unhelpful and very offhand.i would never ever recomend this hotel to my business partners.i tried to contact you on serveral occasions while there but it was impossible to get through to you english speaking operator on option 1.i strongly recommend that you remove this property from your list.i also think that i am entilled to some form of compensation,if not a full refund! i have pictures of my accomadation and towels should you wish to see them.i await your response
