Hotel moderno, personale gentile e professionale. molto comodo alla stazione. camera molto confortevole su via tranquilla. colazione valida anche se con poca frutta. la zona di sera non e’ il massimo, ma ci sono un paio di tavole calde in zona per cenare

Come da descrizione camere standard pulite e dotate di alcuni comfort come tv, cassaforte, aria condizionata. bagno spazioso e ottima colazione. unica pecca un odore persistente e un po' fastidioso in camera appena sono arrivata ma poi scomparso. peccato che il ristorante non fosse sempre aperto.

la cosa che mi ha dato fastidio e la pulizia della camera la cosa più importante è la difficoltà di comunicazione telefonica per chiedere se c'era un garage nelle vicinanze difficoltà di comunicare in italiano con l operatore che era in servizio asiatico

I have spent only one night in best western madison, coming back from a business trip outside milan. i was looking something close to the central station and for the shuffle bus for the airport. the location is perfect, 5 min walking from the station and the bus terminal. the room was clean, comfortable, really new and with all the things needed for the night. also the price was really good, considering the fact i have been booking only few days before. i have not used the breakfast service, so i have no comments about it.

The receptionist mafalda was very nice and check in and out was quick. the free internet vouchers are a nice touch. breakfast was sufficient and espresso and cappuccino available on request from the breakfast room staff. fresh fruit also available. the room was clean and large enough. there was coffee & tea available but only decaffeinated and no powdered milk on the tray. the bathroom was new but it was missing a tile on the step and had absolutely no space to put down toiletries as putting them on the sink means they get all wet, also a few extra hooks for the towels would be very nice. over all a good stay as usual.

Over all i find this hotel in a quiet road beside the train station, you have to pass by an area for 5 seconds that looks a bit dodgy but its actually fine. they will upgrade you to a comfort room if they can. internet access gratis and if you want breakfast in your room it costs 3 euro extra. all receptionists are great except for one girl who is not very helpfull.

5 nimutes walk from central train station/metro. city centre easily accessible. breakfast plentiful with hot options available at a supplement. helpful and articulate staff. well presented room with good amenities. a little street noise but not oppressive.

Lasciate perdere di prenotare questo hotel !!!!! non so se per la tariffa economica di hotelsclick, ma per fortuna che ho soggiornato solo una notte !!!! mi hanno assegnato una camera con letto alla francese spacciandola per una matrimoniale e con addirittura la finestra con la taparella rotta e dunque per tutta notte ho dovuto dormire come se fossi in strada !!! alle mie rimostranze non mi hanno cambiato camera ma mi hanno solo aggiustato alle bene meglio la taparella.....e questo sarebbe un hotel a 4 stelle ??????????

Great location 5 minutes walk from the station on a quiet street. nice view from the breakfast room and the breakfast is very nice. staff in breakfast room could clean tables and greet guests better but over all they were pleasant. there are some older room on the 1st floor which are great and some newer rooms on the 2nd & above floors which for me are not as nice. they have strange lights with sensors and are a bit colder and also smaller. overall a great stay and i would recommend this hotel.
