I highly recommend this hotel for being so clean , comfortable and very friendly helpful staff .the food is excellent as is the service and only being 10 minutes by tram to the city centre

The staff was clean, polite and helpful. the hotel was clean and well maintained the breakfast was very good and the dining room staff clean and very helpful. we left early to catch a plane and they even had a bag breakfast for us. this was both unexpected and appreciated.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 years running and its my home for 2 weeks while i am in krakow . the room is very comfortable and very clean , all of the staff from the receptionists ,the waitresses .and the room maids are very welcoming and friendly i class them as my friends ,the hotel is a tram ride away from the beautiful city of kracow and i would recomend the hotel to any one .

I've stayed at this hotel twice now and i cannot fault it. the hotel is clean and the rooms comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the food is extremely good with excellent menu choices. the location is quiet and convenient for trams. overall the galicya delivers excellent value for money.

The hotel is very basic but clean with helpful and friendly staff. breakfast which comes with the room price was enjoyable and consisted of cold meats, cheeses, breads, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausages, tea, coffee and juices. to sum this hotel up i would say it is excellent value for money, clean and friendly and i would not hesitate in returning. now the disappointing part was the hotel restaurant. it was the worst meal we ever had in krakow. we decided to have steaks. it arrived on the cold platter. the food was poor and overpriced for the quality and poorly presented. it was by far the most expensive meal we had, and by far the worst!! definitely do not recommend the food in the restaurant!

I have stayed at rt galicya for my second time this year ,the staff are very kind and helpful my room was clean and comfortable and the food is delicious. i recomend rt galicya to all.its only a tram ride from the centre of kracow a beautiful city -fantastic brenda murphy.

The hotel is conveniently near a tram stop (tram no 10) the staff are helpful and pleasant. the rooms are clean with good chambermaids. the breakfast is excellent and sets you up for the day. fantastic value for money. tip.........get bus 292 from the airport to the bus and train station,but check that it's not a holy day,if it is get a train,then tram 10 to the hotel. buy a 7 day tram and bus ticket (about £10) saves getting tickets and getting them punched each time,besides working out much cheaper you must visit auswitch(go from d7 bay in the bus station £5 return) and the salt mines and wawel castle

Overall a good stay. however there were some very noist guests staying at the same time as us. we could not get served drinks at the bar after 2200 even though we were staying at the hotel and had eaten there. however, 'other' people seemed to be served by the barman, we can only assume they were friends or staff.
