L'hotel è letteralmente a due passi dalla stazione porta susa. il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile per soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. le camere sono molto pulite ed accogliente e le colazioni ottime ed abbondanti.

Hotel situato in ottima posizione a pochi metri dalla stazione di torino porta nuova e dall'omonima fermat a della metropolitana. ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro a piedi e le varie attrazioni di torino. camera e bagno spaziosi, silenziosi e puliti. colazione varia e abbondante (inclusa nel prezzo). personale gentile e professionale.

I was disappointed that this hotel didn't have a restaurant. i had to leave the hotel to eat. my bed was very hard and there was a large water stain on the ceiling which, given the building was claimed to be approximately 1200 years old, could be forgiven, it isn't something you would expect to see in a 4 star hotel. the staff were pleasant and spoke english. the breakfast was described as 'american', so what does that mean? i always thought an american breakfast would include eggs, muffins, bacon, pancakes.... all that was on offer was a standard continental breakfast. i would've liked more than one english speaking tv channel as the one there was happened to be cnn business channel which after the first 15 minutes just repeated again, and again..... and again! the internet connection was very poor and took too long to load a basic page.

Booked hotel and then wanted to change date 3 weeks prior to stay. pleanty of room available but after reference to the manager they would not alter dates and insisted we pay again - we went elsewhere

Really nice hotel, clean spacious rooms. bathroom,sitting area downstairs, beds up on a mezzanine. just over the road from rail stn, porto neuvo, usually areas around main stn are seedy but this a era was fine. good continental breakfast great trattoria round corner out of hotel front door,turn right,then first left then first right about 2 mins. only complaint was hotel bar was expensive 5 euros for small bottle of beer. w ould recommend highly.
