Beautifully designed hotel, impressive open spaces and rooftop heated pool. excellent reception staff; bar one missed alarm call, service was excellent. all made great efforts to speak english. extras seem to be very hit and miss - robe and slippers given after four days, earplugs added after six days. water was sometimes left in room, sometimes not. only major problem is noise - not outside traffic noise, but noise from the basement bar and from fellow guests shouting outside rooms. gay travellers beware - this sort of hotel attracts young, well-off gays who seem to behave as if they were in a youth hostel.
