Mediocre experience

This hotel is shabby. the hot tun and pool area are fine but the rooms are gloomy and the entire establishment has a run down quality. i would not stay here again. the price is not reflective of the quality. the concierge or booking agent for tours gave us incorrect information concerning a tour we were interested in booking.
