I was a bit concerned reading some of the reviews on this hotel but now that i have been, i don't now why. it was a good hotel and i have no complaints

Yankee clipper was a super value hotel in a fabulous location. the meal we ate in the steak restaurant was excellent and the service was better! starbucks coffee on tap and a great fun bar where an energetic musical duo perform weekly rounded our stay of nicely. definately stay again only slight downside was the room could do with a refurbish. clean and tidy but a bit dated.

I stayed there for a wedding and the point room was beautiful, the dinner reception was amazing and the room was comfortable. the only gripe i had was the size and temperature of the elevators. they were cramped if more than two people were on board and were not much cooler than the outside air (florida in july). other than that i had a great time. also noteworthy the downstairs bar was where a scene from "analyze this" was filmed with robert deniro and billy crystal.
