One of the larger hotels of reno, about 3km outside of the center, where a lot of hotels and casinos are. nothing much around the atlantis. the peppermill is near, visited it once. it seems much more modern and larger even with a dance club. the atlantis is clean, nice, a lot of slot machines and other gambling, which i do not do. a fun arcade. it has a complimentary indoor and an outdoor pool on the 3rd floor, open 6:00 - 22:00, don't forget your bathing suite. the cheapest room in atlantis tower was large enough for me, 2 queen-size beds, bathroom with shower and complimentary products. a bit strange, they threw away the soap bar each day and gave me two new ones. why? complimentary coffee-maker in the room with lots of plastic waste if you try to make one. the windows were not tight, could hear the outside very loud. could also hear the loud neighbors through the door as if they were in my room. all in all, a good hotel for america. but would not visit reno if it was not for business.
