My wife, me and my son had some few days in london for pleasure. we been a few times in london and stayd in various hotels. ascot hyde park hotel is no doubt the worst hotel we stayed in ever. when we arrived the eleavator was broken and it continue to be broken all our stay. its the first time we had to walk 8 floors to get to 4th floor!!!!. many stairs....dirty stairs and many doors in each floor. the hotel and rooms was dirty and warn out. broken furnitures, hole in carpet, most tiles in bathroom broken and fungus in windows. even food was left behind after earlier guests and not found by cleaning personell. the cleaning was all over was very poor. the staff seems not happy to work there and all in all both hotel and staff seems warned out.
