We were on our way to horsham to purchase a car. we stopped overnight at the aurora hotel, gatwick/crawley. the hotel is right beside the train halt. i paid for a superior triple room. on completing our booking in, the receptionist advised she has arranged for a bed to be put in the room. we arrived to the room to discover it was a double room. we went back down to reception and i explained i had purchased a superior triple room. i was advised they did not have triple rooms. i stated that was not my concern and that their website was misleading. i asked for another room for my daughter. a complementary room was given for my daughter. the customer service was excellent and our room was spotlessly clean. our stay was exceptional and we will definitely stay here again.
