The staff at the hotel and at the spa reception were extremely nice and helpful except for the young woman at the spa who handed us towels and then gave me my body scrub. everything for her was all a bit of an effort and i definitely felt she should consider an alternative career!. public relations was not her forte. the scrub was 55e not expensive but i would have least have liked the thought that she wanted to do it. my husband had a massage which he siad was just like a soft body rub. given by a bit of a kid who clearly was not very experienced. the spa also need a bit of a clean in the rest area. there were coffee stains on the floor and on the magazines . there was no coffee in the coffee machine and no cups for the water. the hotel rooms i thought were quite poor even for 96e.
