L'hôtel a été aménagé dans l'esprit de l'architecture des Cyclades et offre une vue fantastique sur la baie d'Agios Stefanos et la plage. Cet établissement climatisé compte 102 chambres et possède un hall d'accueil avec coffre-fort. Il abrite également un bar et une salle de télévision. Un... Poor customer service.
Following a late arrival by air we chose this hotel as it was near to the new port for our ferry the next day. in the evening the receptionist was friendly and assured us we would be able to get the courtesy bus to the port the next morning. our luggage was taken to our room, just as well as there were 5 flights of steps! not mentioned when booking. following a nice meal in the restaurant we slept well. the next morning we checked about the transport and were told that should be ok, but it was on its way back from the airport. when we went to check out after breakfast a different receptionist was there who nformed us the transport wasn't complementary and would cost us 10 euros each - for a very short journey! but that it wouldn't be available for a further 2 hours. rather disgruntled we walked, with luggage, to the port to ensure we caught our ferry. while walking a mini bus from the hotel overtook us and went to the port. on arrival the 2 passengers spoke to us and wondered why it hadn't been suggested we go with them, no idea why not. they were not pleased with the customer service either. on our return we stayed at a different hotel, aeolus, for a smiler price where the staff couldn't have been more helpful, collecting us to the port and taking us to the airport without straight charge. i had also realised i had left an item of clothing behind at alkistis, emailed them while on paros and never received a reply. very, very poor customer focus.
