Maximum 4 stars hotel.. the negative and positive aspects are mentioned below. negative(s):- - poor service quality. - hot weather in the restaurant, corridors, and elevators. - staff are not friendly. - the hotel switches off the ac some time between 3:00-5:00 am to save electricity. - the hotel is too crowded and the staff are unable to properly serve the customers. positive(s):- - spacious room - few minutes from the metro station.
