We had booked 2 twin bedded rooms but on arrival had 2 double rooms. we were very late getting there because of a late flight and the girl on reception spoke very little english and was loathe to change our rooms. eventually she did so but one of the rooms was barely adequate- it was obviously a child's room with twin beds placed toe to toe backing onto a radiator which was boiling hot and had only one bedside table and one chair. the other rooms had settees, etc and were far far better. good to stay there to sleep but not really a 3 * hotel.
