Cet établissement, entièrement rénové, vient de réouvrir ses portes en été 2007. C'est un excellent choix d'hébergement pour ceux qui souhaitent séjourner à l'ombre de l'Acropole et explorer à pied la vieille ville d'Athènes, sans avoir à prendre aucun taxi ou autre transport public. Hotel acropolis museum (homtel as they call it) is a charming little place. not mindblowingly great (and they're not pretending to be), but just fine: clean, well equipped rooms in a quirky building; and really, this is exactly what you need in athens, especially because its vicinity to metro, bus and monastiraki and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. so while the noise from busy syngrou can be a bit overwhelming and the snooty receptionist annoying for a couple of minutes, i would recommend this place if you're staying in athens for a couple of days.
