I liked the location, very central, close to restaurants and bars and the pedestrian zone, which is great for shopping. staff was very friendly and customer oriented. i was extremely disappointed by the size of our room and the bathroom. i realize that in old buildings rooms are smaller, but that was stretching it. the bathroom was maybe 1.5 square meters, if that. there was barely enough room to get around the bed and no space to put my suitcase. the situation got worse when my wife joined me for the second leg of our stay (1/6-3/6) and my single room all of a sudden became a double room. on top there was barely any daylight in our room and we had ventilation ducts and barbed wire directly in front of our windows. that is not worthy of a 4*-hotel!! luckily we were on the move the whole day and came to the room only for sleeping...
