Nice new facility. rooms were comfortable, although contemporary furnishings did not seem to be of the best quality. pool area and easy access to beach was very nice. did not like the fact that parking on the hotel side was valet only. self park is only available for timeshare residents on the club wyndham side. i would stay here again if i see an exceptional rate, but otherwise prefer the facilities across the street at the hyatt where i have stayed before.

Comfortable beds, rooms have a mini fridge and ice machine on the same floor. the rooms have a nice balcony that we spent time just sitting out there enjoying our surroundings. the location is perfect right across from the beach. i was able to be on the beach relaxing and when i needed something from our room it was a short walk. in both directions there was good restaurants and a grocery store. the pier was very close too. the pool was beautiful they also had a pool cafe with great food and drinks. servers did go around taking orders. we would definitely go back!

This was a beautiful hotel. there was a bit of a mix up as the hotel reserved our room on the time share side instead of the hotel side because we were staying 7 days. the hotel quickly found a room for us and we were in by 11:30 on our day of arrival.(monday). the staff was very nice and accommodating. the room was new and clean. the cleaners were very busy as the room was completely sold out due to spring break and the sugar sand festival. on some days our room wasn't cleaned until 6 or 7 pm. they must clean the rooms of the people leaving before those who have booked several nights. we walked everywhere. the hotel is in an excellent location. there were a few days when beach towels were out and they tried to accommodate with shower towels. the pool/ beach towels need to be accounted for by room so they are returned and not left on the beach by people. we will definitely return to the hotel and location.
