I had a confirmed reservation at this hotel, upon arrival the receptionist said there's no booking with your name, we never heard of hotel click and they think i made up the voucher! i tried calling hotel click but it keeps giving the answer machine. all the staff were super rude and ignorant, they keep telling me to wait and i waited for 3 hours and every time i remind them they act like they have forgotten my issue. at the end the manager came and said you don't have a reservation so either you book now or to leave! i asked for an official paper from them to make a refund but of course he was laughing and saying it's our policy not to give you such a document! go deal with your agency! please be aware this hotel even if they give you a room for free it's not worth staying in!
