Our hotel rooms wasn´t booked

When we arrived at the hotel they couldn´t find our rooms. when i contacted you it should take 5-10 minutes to fix everything with the hotel. this was 11 am. when we arrived again at the hotel at 8 pm the second room still where missing. it took some 10 minutes before we finally got our rooms. everything worked out but it is annoying to deal with this when you arrive at the hotel. when we arrived at breakfast there where no information that our breakfast was included. we got a grab and go bag with breakfast but they missed to give us everything that should be in the bag. everything where a bit confusing about our booking. otherwise the hotel was good.
