This apartment hotel is virtually brand new. everything works well (wifi, ac, kitchen appliances, tv etc.). the apartments are spacious and well outfitted. all modern conveniences. pleasant staff. good value. rooftop heated pool and bar. restaurant on site. fairly easy free street parking and onsite pay car park. large pingo doce supermarket opposite, as well as a few other shops. shopping mall close by. but you should have a car, because it's not in the centre of lisbon and public transport is not simple to and from the hotel. so take note of that. takes about 15 minutes driving to get into the historical and tourist areas.
