Prime location at a great price run-down conveniently located near many train lines at a good restaurant near excellent place to visit sites with high ftnzil good breakfast but run-down, dirty carpets large mattress of the bed frame, and we asked to change we were told that it is impossible, the handle of the toilet out and should emulate the man went to the night to fix that is not possible is to go to the bathroom

Basically, the food offered by the cafeteria is excellent. the counter service is satisfactory. the room is quiet.

Firstly the staff are great very friendly & very helpful and informed us of local events. the bedrooms are good. the restaurant menu had mainly local cuisine and the breakfasts are ok but… get down no later than 8:30 a.m. was our discovery (for the full availability of that morning’s breakfast) even though they stay serving till 10:00a.m. the hotel bar (not breakfast area) & bedrooms are smoker friendly as was all of prague’s pubs & restaurants smoker friendly …. no having to stand outside with your cigarette! we are not wheel chair users but i noticed as we were leaving on our last day they were fitting a permanent wheelchair ramp onto the 7 steps inside (there are no steps outside just one between the front doors and they have automatic opening front doors) leading to the check in counter. a very good idea/improvement, making it now fully wheelchair friendly throughout the hotel. bonus point!!! the number 18 tram (old town/jewish quarter) & the number 24 tram (wenceslas square) stop right outside the union hotel both ways.

This is a boutique hotel with english-speaking staff. location is suitable for people planning to attend conference at the congress centre. note: though the congress centre is nearby geographically, you will need to climb 100 steps to reach the ccentre.

The hotel was cheap and located just out of town but with the centre easilyaccessible on foot. the rooms were clean and well appointed with tv, minibar,en suite shower and wc. breakfast was included and was a very generous buffet. reception service was excellent and an unexpected airport transfer service was a real bonus.
