Alle papiere und zimmerschlüssel waren bereit und wir konnten schnell und problemlos einchecken. was uns sehr geärgert hat ist, dass wir bei hotelchlick das hotel bezahlt hatten und wir als erstes diverse gebühren und taxes zu begleichen hatten, was rd. chf 130.00 ausmachte. entweder habe ich das hotel im voraus bezahlt oder ich werde klar auf weitere kosten aufmerksam gemacht......
