An old hotel but , incredible location with direct acces to the beach , two floors , no need for an elevator , so no waiting time to get to your room , no need to valet parking , you park your car at 20 mts. of the entrance ( no waisting money on tips ) and no wasting time waiting for the man bringing your car . walgreens across the street , a dennys in front the hotel , starbucks at a couple of streets , aventura mall 5 minutes away in car , and most important...this is sunny isles ( north miami beach ) quiet , nice and not crowded !
