Just stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. the reception staff were very friendly when we checked in and although there was a queue they dealt with those in front of me quite quickly. the room had been refurbished so was pleasant and the bed very comfortable. the breakfast was basic but fine. the staff though were brilliant. the were very helpful and very pleasant and friendly. the hotel is ideally located for east croydon train station for trains into london and for trams. all in all we were very happy with this hotel and it was ex ellent value.
