Hotel very clean and tidy and welcoming receiption area. check in was easy with our hotel click reservation voucher. room was small but had everything we needed and was modern and clean. air conditioning didnt work in our room and as they were fully booked, they were not able to move us. they did provide us with a fan and a bottle of chilled water free of charge to compensate which is more than some would have done. location was great for price, 3 minutes from london bridge. however it is on a side street and you felt a little uncomfortable walking to the hotel late at night only one small complaint about breakfast - no toast. overall i would recommend this hotel for a short stay or business trip.
