This was part 2 of my trip to hammamet i only picked it cz it seems like a 5* hotel and looked fancy ! but appearances are deceiving ! what can i say ! late checkin at 5 pm ! wrong tool with broken bed ! then a change of room with no towels super dirty beach and sea ! i won't even let my dog swim there and the topping on the cake was the ride service of the guy picking us up from the beach who refused to pick us up from the street to the hotel while being super offensive and not professional ! i swear this was the shittiest experience i went through in a hotel ! had to make a fight and got promised to get my money back ! and left around 7 pm. what's even worse while i'm packing an agreed to leave with the manager and director ! we had a guest coming ( he has a double key to our room) at first i thought it was rude way to kick us out ! then i realized how stupid and unprofessional this was ! i told the manager how rude it was to let a guy come in our room ! besides how would they give a double key to someone and how would they know that the room is not messy ! it was shitty ! even the staff were not helpful all i heard was excused that i came in peak season ! it's not my prblem ! i'm just waiting to get my money back although i'm not sure i will with tunisian hotels !
