We stayed for 3 nights at steigenberger herrenhof. the hotel is ideally located in teh heart of vienna in a very safe and beautiful neighbourhood. the entrance to the subway u3 is virtually next to the hotel, so it is very convenient for accessing the airport and all other areas of vienna. the hotel rooms are modern, with high ceilings, excellent soundproofing, designer furniture and wonderful, comfortable beds. the buffet breakfast is one of the best i have tried and i have travelled far and wide and stayed in four and five star hotels around the world. what makes this hotel stand out is the wonderful service and dedication of its staff to the comfort of hotel guests. all requests were attended to immediately, everyone was curteous and helpful. very impressive!
