One night in las
Not too happy this time. i paid full price to stay here because we stayed here last year and loved it. my brother was visiting and was excited. when we checked in, we asked for a check out at 0100 and was told that if we had booked the room straight through them no problem but, since we booked with hotel click we would have to pay 50 for a late check out. plus we had a resort fee so the total of 390.00 for one night did not even get me a 24 hour stay. then, it got worse, we went to our room and it was a room for disabilities so there was not a jetted tub that my brother was looking forward too and we were not asked if this was ok with us. i called and asked to switch to a room that was not for disabled with a tub and was told sure come to the lobby and pick up a new key. i went down and the elevator closed on my friend before she could get out and held her in for 10mins. then once i received the new key and went back up to the new room, it was another disabled room. i called and asked why they put me in another disabled room and they had no clue. i explained again and the third time they got it right (after an hour). but i had to pay for an extra hour the next morning. i did not receive an apology or anything. i like the rooms quite a bit but, was disappointed with the service. for that price and poor service, i will probably try another hotel next time. i would suggest to make every customer feel important, and listen!!!!
