La reception è a disposizione 24 ore al giorno per prenotare spettacoli, visite museali, trasferimenti per gli aeroporti della città. Al rientro da una giornata di lavoro o svago un bar nella hall accoglie le richieste per cockails durante momenti di relax. Not impressed
We were firstly given a room with a broken window. i had to insist on being moved the second room as a puddle of water behind the tiolet which got worse over the 5 days!!! the main light flickered and there was no hot water for 5 days!! apart from one evening. the receptionist did nothing and was rude. breakfast was the cheapest poorest i have ever had!! the location was great though and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. also no wifi this hotel did not meet the standards it claims it has.
