The hotel looked pleasant enough at first glance, basic but comfortable. security is obviously an issue here. we arrived friday about 6pm, unpacked and went out about 8pm, on return home after midnight we had been broken into by someone using a door key-card. our room had been ransacked and a lot of our possessions thrown out of the window. the hotel were not really interested in this matter and it took a good 15minutes on the phone to reception before we could persuade someone to take a look at the room. we had to tell the hotel we wanted to change rooms, they were quite prepared for us to continue staying in the ransacked room. yes, the hotel did retrieve our possessions from the window but other than that were not at all helpful or apologetic about the incident.
