We expected a higher level of services and amenities being this a ramada hotel. two safes in the room - both were out of order. during four days of our stay we had to get new key cards on five occasions. rain almost each day or night is normal but when the rainfall covers the room floor, wetting luggage and other belongings, it is unpleasant. the solution was to cover the floors with towels. shower was dripping continuously and our reporting did not achieve repairs. bathroom fixtures loose and overall state of being a rundown hotel in great need of refurbishing. this hotel is overpriced and i consider it well below the normal and expected standards. highl6 unreccommendable.
