(ita/en) quando prenoto una "standard room" in un 4 stelle, lo standard dovrebbe essere quello di un 4 stelle!! per avere questo, invece, ho dovuto pagare un extra di 250 gbp: la camera riservata infatti era un buco con un letto che non credo si possa definire matrimoniale. per di più al nostro arrivo era gelida, nemmeno il riscaldamento acceso! il soggiorno è stato buono, ma perchè ho pagato di più! when i book a "standard room" in a 4 stars hotel, i suppose to find a "4 stars standard", not a little hole with a small bed; moreover, when we arrived, the room was extremely cold! to have what they call a "family room", a normal room, i have payed a plus of 250gbp!! finally, my sty was good: but only thanks to the surplus payed!!
