I tried to check in but my reservation was not recorded at the reception. i was shocked and had to wait unti hotel attendant made a call to the office in spain to have confirmation from the travel agency. it means that hotelsclick is not well known and did not send the reservation information to the hotel in advance it is poor service

I had very bad room quality: very small,very bad and old bathroom, very low entrance part (i'm 193 and entrance 195), the front door does not close well (can see the light, hear voices and blowing draft). generally never again in this hotel!

I got a room at the back end of the hotel which had a very poor internet service. the room cost £53 which was a bargain for the hotel in general. the food in the lobby lounge was excellent and there was a lively feel to the hotel bar.

A large, but some what poor hotel in good location to central terminals at heathrow. the lobby area is nice and seems recently renovated - it looks modern and has two eating establishments attached. the reception was however quite slow - lots of positions but all occupied and seemingly it takes a while to get checked-in. there seemed to be have been a recent rennovation with corridors bright and carpets new looking - apart from the occasional old part showing. rooms though were poorly maintained though. drawers with the towels in would not open, so we ended up sharing the only towel in the bathroom. table top was stickey like there used to be a square item glued to it. the cum cover on the bed had some sort of stain on it. the bed was a bit hard too and ended up with a poor nights sleep. it didn't help that the tv turned itself on a number of times during the night - eventually resorted to pulling the mains plug out the wall. the bathroom was nice enough though - shower was good and had two shower heads to choose from!

Very comfortable rooms and beds. rooms same size as other airport hotels. excellent full english buffet breakfast. would definitely stay here again.

A good hotel with plenty of facilities. typical prices in bar and resturant....e.g. high. had a room facing the airport, but with the double glazing there was little noise and i like the fact you can open the window for fresh air if required. room size adequate as was the bathroom.
