Good not great

The rooms were nice and clean. i did have a problem with the gym not being open by 6:00 a.m. when it was supposed to be. i called the front desk and they acted like i was dumb for asking about it until they realized it was well after 6:00 am. they told me they would check on it. so i gave it a few minutes and went back down and it was still locked. so i went to the front desk and the man there looked at me and said they would be a few minutes. i had to get ready for my event so i didn't go to the gym. too bad that a couple of staff can't be on top of their job because the rest of the stay was great!

Worst hotel experience ever!

Upon arriving in room noticed that the hotel lobby was clean and renovated but rooms were old, dirty and in desperate need of renovations! pulled back bed sheet and the fitted sheet was clearly not clean and had hairs on the sheet! called the front desk to request clean sheets and the desk receptionist did not apologize, simple said "i'll bring you more sheets in a minute." the price for this room was a joke....over $100 a night and couldn't even put clean sheets on the bed? all other hotels were sold out due to holiday weekend so stayed here as last resort but will never give comfort suites my business again and will make sure nobody i know does either! i sent a complaint to the company and as of today no response!
